We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for any reason. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Return shipping is free for defective items; for other returns a prepaid label fee of $4.99 will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3 business days of the returned item arriving at our warehouse. Your bank may take a further 5-10 business days to post it.
Send us a photo. For items under $30 we'll usually just refund or reship without asking for the item back.
Final-sale items and personal-care products can't be returned once opened, for hygiene reasons. This is stated on those product pages.
